Kitchen CUT launches new Data Services to accelerate customer implementations
Kitchen CUT launches its new Data Services, diesigned to help new clients transition to the platform by removing the burden of data admin.
We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new Data Services, a specialist service designed to help new clients transition to the Kitchen CUT platform by removing one of the biggest challenges facing hospitality businesses when introducing new software – preparing, structuring and building the data.
From products, recipes, menus and supplier catalogues to allergens and nutritional data, Kitchen CUT’s dedicated Data Services team takes ownership of the data preparation process, significantly reducing the administrative burden on hospitality teams.
Customers can go live with a fully functional system that’s ready to use from day one, enabling them to focus on training, adoption and improving operational performance rather than on manual data entry.
The introduction of Data Services forms part of Kitchen CUT’s ongoing commitment to delivering a complete implementation experience. By combining software, onboarding, consultancy, training and expert data preparation, customers can realise the benefits of Kitchen CUT faster while reducing the time and resources typically required to implement a new operational management platform.
The new service includes the creation and configuration of product and ingredient libraries, recipe costing, menu building, supplier catalogue imports, allergen and nutritional data management, and the migration of existing operational data into Kitchen CUT. Every implementation is tailored to the customer’s operation, ensuring accurate, structured data is in place before the system goes live.
John Wood, Founder of Kitchen CUT, commented: “The biggest challenge when implementing new software isn’t learning how to use it, it’s building the data that sits behind it. We know hospitality teams don’t have weeks or months to spend creating recipes, importing supplier catalogues or configuring menus.
“That’s why we’ve launched Data Services. Our team does the heavy lifting for our customers, preparing and structuring everything before they go live. It means they can start using Kitchen CUT immediately, with confidence that the data is accurate, complete and ready to support better operational decisions from day one.
“Ultimately, it’s about reducing administration, speeding up implementation and giving every customer the strongest possible start.”
Data Services is available to all new and existing Kitchen CUT customers and can be tailored to restaurants, hotels and multi-site groups.
