Kitchen CUT is growing its specialist customer service team with a new appointment.

Jake Coldwell joins the business as Support Specialist, brought on board to support our existing client-base with tailored one-to-one advice and hands-on assistance with the Kitchen CUT platform. Jake will also play an integral role in creating and disseminating useful how-to guides and training resources for our customers, to ensure they are getting the most out of the technology we offer.

Jake brings a wealth of customer service experience to our team, having worked with some of the largest corporations in the world, including Microsoft, supporting clients to maximise products and services.

He commented on his new role: “I think I can utilise my expertise to help build the team and prepare Kitchen CUT for future growth. I’m very process driven and am looking forward to making the support function at Kitchen Cut as robust and fully featured as it needs to be going forward, to best support our customer base.

“I loved the idea that Kitchen Cut was a company founded by somebody from within the hospitality industry, who saw an issue and decided to create a solution. I was really drawn to the idea of working with a team that were not only passionate but also had users at the heart of their approach.
