We are delighted to welcome Oliver Harkin to the Kitchen CUT team as our new Head of Customer Success.
Oliver brings over 8 years of experience in SaaS, having worked in both Toronto and London within the hospitality technology sector.
In his new role at Kitchen CUT, Oliver will lead our efforts in customer renewals, adoption, and account expansion, with a focus on adding more value to our existing customer base and building long-term partnerships.
Oliver has a proven track record in driving growth and fostering strong client relationships, combining strategic vision with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
