As a leading luxury private members club based in the exclusive Marylebone area of London, Home House has incredibly unique requirements for its F&B software. The business had forecast a period of price adjustments due to rising costs and therefore needed to streamline its operations for its management, chefs, front of house and sommeliers. The business required a quick and stress-free set-up process in anticipation of these changes.

It was crucial to ensure that the whole team felt assured to place orders and create menus, with the confidence that new pricing was accurately automatically updated by our software. With these changes, we addressed the challenge of new variations in GP, to ensure management could easily measure the dishes and drinks which were contributing to drops or increases in profits.

One vital area of improvement was bar stock taking, which was costing the business 12-15 hours at a time. This lengthy process was draining valuable resources, so needed addressing urgently. Kitchen CUT aimed to streamline the spirits and wine stock take for Home House’s beverage team, consolidating results for a smoother and more time-efficient process.
