We initially rolled this out to our UK bars, but have since rolled it out to Ireland, Australia and Germany with plans to join up our USA and other European territories soon. Having a stock system that can run multiple supplier and product catalogues across multiple territories in tandem has been hugely beneficial for us as a business.

The system has huge depth and a plethora of features which leave no stone unturned. The recipe costing is clear and really easy to use, making menu development and margin management accessible and collaborative. The reports are quick, customisable and detailed. Inventory management does a lot of the heavy lifting for managers, allowing them to count in multiple locations, and consolidating all their counts on their behalf – for sites with large stock holdings this is a dream. Allergen management is brilliant. The ordering platform and EDI have benefitted both the bar and kitchen teams, where we have partnered with multiple national suppliers to have a one-stop shop for ordering.

The staff & team tab is also fully customizable with the ability to add videos, messages or message boards for the whole team to see (it’s great to have a bank of videos for any new starters joining the business).
